How does Metoro work?
Metoro connects to your observability provider, heavily leveraging analysis of tracing data to understand where issues are happening. It then summarises its findings for you so you dont have to spend time digging through 1000s of indicators.
Which observability providers does Metoro support?
Metoro currently supports Splunk Observability Cloud and Grafana Cloud. We're always adding more, so let us know if you'd like to see your provider supported.
Does Metoro integrate with my alerting system?
Metoro currently has an integration with opsgenie and we'll be adding support for PagerDuty soon.

Which LLM providers does Metoro support?
We currently rely on OpenAI models hosted in Azure, we have deployments in each of the major regions to avoid crossing jurisdictional boundaries. We will be supporting hosted LLMs soon, let us know if you'd like to see support so we can prioritize it.
Do you have a self hosted offering?
We do offer a self hosted version of Metoro as part of our Enterprise plan. It's packaged as a helm chart deployable in Kubernetes. Please reach out to us for more information about this offering.
Do you offer API access?
Metoro is an API first company, we don't believe in data silos. As we stabilize our API we will be opening it up to customers. If you have a specific use case in mind, let us know and we can prioritize it.
Do I need to enter my credit card to sign up?
No, you can sign up and get 14 days of free access to Metoro Business without entering your credit card. You'll automatically be downgraded to the free tier after 14 days if you don't enter your credit card and select a plan.
