Why Metoro?

See how Metoro can help you

One click install
Dead simple setup, just run a single command to install the collector in your cluster
Metoro uses eBPF collectors which instrument syscalls to collect data at the kernel level for each container
You don't even need to restart your containers to start collecting data
Logs, Metrics, Traces and Profiling instantly
Get everything you're used to from traditional APM tools with none of the work
Automatically collected, categorized and displayed in a single pane of glass
Unrestricted API access to all your data
Automated performance regression monitoring
Metoro periodically profiles your services and stores the data so you can see how performance changes over time
Metoro will also compare the profiles to detect regressions automatically
Get alerted when a performance regression is detected or just be informed in the dashboard
AI driven root cause analysis
Metoro pro-actively monitors for changes in your applications: performance, errors, rollouts, monitors firing etc
When it notices something is different it runs an investigation to understand the root cause and lets you know what it found

Run on any cluster

Metoro can run on any cluster that is using VMs or bare metal hosts. See our documentation for more information.

Get up and running with one command. Literally.

Metoro is designed to be as simple as possible to get started with. Just run a single command and you'll have observability in your cluster.

Don't have a cluster you can experiment with? No problem, the installer will set up a local cluster for you to play with with some demo applications.

Frequently asked questions

eBPF is a linux kernel technology that allows us to run code in response to events that happen in the kernel. This allows us to collect telemetry data at the kernel level for each container so you don't have to instrument or restart any of your containers. Checkout more at ebpf.io.

This is a great question and this was previously a problem with linux kernel modules. However, eBPF is explicitly designed in such a way that an ebpf program crash will not cause the kernel to crash. More info at ebpf.io safety section.

Metoro uses our own eBPF programs that are loaded into the kernel of all your nodes in the Kubernetes cluster. This means you don't need to restart your containers to start collecting data.

Metoro currently uses OpenAI models for its AI features. The cloud offering uses Microsoft's hosted OpenAI API.

Yes, we do as part of our enterprise offering. Please contact us for more information.

No, you don't need to enter your credit card details to sign up. You can sign up for free and use Metoro for free for limited workloads. When you're ready just upgrade to a paid plan.
