During a Saturday night deploy of an email confirmation system for Bloom dApp votes, we erroneously introduced a bug that sent duplicate emails to users who have submitted votes. We discovered the duplicate emails and rolled back completely after approximately 9 minutes and proceeded to halt all email queues to ensure no additional emails were sent.

We take the quality and quantity of emails we send to your inbox very seriously and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We are taking steps to ensure that this does not happen again.
